Melodrama in Manchester, another dramatic Friday

1st of...BIG UP and thank you to all those supporting the blog!! With views from all over the world, either im forcing you all really bad or you are liking it....either way, Im smiling and writing!!!

Now, will you reconsider the offer and READ MY BLOG?

Friday....where would we be without this awesome day. I think even Barney Stinson would agree Friday is more awesome than him. Today is all about drama and melodrama with Manchester, the city, taking the prize ahead of other contenders!!

Sir Alex was charged by the F.A. for the comments he made about the bias cheating referee after the game at Pensioner's bridge. With a 2 match ban hanging over from a previous charge, it is not looking good for Our Leader who has decided to boycott talking to MUTV!!! This is because footage from an interview he gave MUTV was used as evidence in pressing charges against him.

I respect Sir Alex, practically worship him and appreciate all he has done for Manchester United, but isn't he the guy who put forward the theory that no one man is greater than the club! He needs to get off his high horse and honour the fans who have stood by him all these years through thick and thin as this is just going overboard and childish to be plain and simple!! For some United faithful this may be blasphemy, but COME ON!

NO.....I don't want to talk to them all!!!!

However I find it unreasonable, unfair and ridiculous that managers are expected to give interviews after games, when tensions and emotions are running high, only to be charged for the comments they make. What happened to the freedom of speech? Surely if one feels the official did not get things right you should be able to voice it!

If you pay peanuts , you get monkeys so either the F.A. should stop the interviews or get what is given to them and accept it. That's fair. Let's hope MUTV and Fergie bury the hatchet so we get our pre-match conference before the Liverpool game this weekend!

Over the fence, our noisy neighbours not wanting to be outdone, have a  druggie in their mist!! Yes former Manchester City captain Kolo Toure tested positive in a drug test and has been suspended with immediate effect "pending the outcome of the legal process". The 29-year-old was informed by the Football Association that an A sample he provided had returned positive

.The World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) punishment for such a positive test ranges from a warning to a two-year ban. Im sure the Abu Dhabi billions will hire him excellent lawyers to quash the charge with a silly excuse or if push comes to shove, buy Wada and have the doping rules changed!!

All this was happening in Manchester whilst Michael Carrick was quietly signing a new contract. Says a lot about the lad!!

Kolo Toure was known to "PARTY HARD" after games!!!

Arsenal and Manchester City won their respective F.A. cup ties convincingly. The cost for Arsenal is telling with both Walcott and Van Pussy Persie out injured for their upcoming 2nd leg Champions League tie at the Camp Nou. Arsenal bounced back convincingly from the shock Carling Cup loss to silence any ( well their many) critics, for the time being of course. I cannot wait to watch Manchester United vs Arsenal next weekend. It's gonna be a big one!!

Meanwhile over in Spain, Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini's first return to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium ended in utter humiliation as his side were THRASHED 7-0 by Los Blancos. Talk about a welcome back party!! Special mention goes to Cristiano " The Gelled Tumbler" Ronaldo who scored a hat-trick and Benzema with a brace. The win reduced Barcelona's lead in the title race to 7 points race after another late Messi goal against Valencia had given Barca a 10 point lead.

                                     OH MY GOD..............ITS SEVEN!!!

The Cricket World Cup continued to entertain with Ireland stunning England but let's face it, most of the world is more concerned with what Charlie Sheen is tweeting or saying in interviews than the events of the Cricket World Cup...FAIL.

But all the same, Ireland were a true David vs Goliath story that had the whole world, well except England, applauding their gallant effort. Kevin O'Brien became the new hero of Irish sport after smashing the fastest century in World Cup history against an Ashes-winning attack

O'Brien whose pink hair contrasts his burly frame smacked 6 sixes as Ireland beat England, an old and familiar foe for the first time. Congratulations to O'Brien and Ireland for making history and winning!! COME ZIMBABWE.....if Ireland can pull off a shocker, we can do it too!! GO ZIMBABWE

"Im still a ROCK STAR!!" , Pink showed off her athletic ability against England

Today is also dramatic  because Special 1 Tv, my favourite satirical football television programme, will be announcing a new signing to the cast after the recent firing of Fabio " Cabbage Man" Capello. The Cabbage man was unable to prove a worthy replacement for the disgraced former host Sven-Göran "It" Eriksson! Fingers crossed it will be Sir Alex!!! maybe he will still be speaking to at least one station!!! LMAO. You can find Special 1tv episodes at the bottom of the page.

The Special 1Tv cast in happier times.....DO IT...BE CHAMPIONS

Finally, Scousers and Koppites worldwide will be celebrating the birthday of their saviour today,...King Kenny turns 60 today . In 1861, Abraham Lincoln was inaugurated for his first term as President on this day. I am happy to let you know he, King Kenny, shares the same birthday with a famous/infamous financier whose name we all know today. If you thought it was Bernard L. Madoff because of his Ponzi scheme you are wrong but nearly there. It is.......... Charles Ponzi, the father and inventor of what we all know as a Ponzi scheme!!! Thanks for ruining lives Ponzi

The law finally caught up with King Kenny....erm, I mean......Charles Ponzi!!!

have a GREAT weekend of sport .....we want more drama!!!  see you on the flip side

GO MANCHESTER UNITED!!!!

Humble Pie is not on the menu
